Join us in the Spring for our Rainbow Walking Retreat and explore the beautiful Gower Peninsula in fabulous community!
This retreat will combine the joy of walking and nature in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the UK, with many of the powerful healing practises of a usual Rainbow Retreat. Meditative yoga, gong baths, kirtan (mantra chanting meditation), Sauna on the beach, nourishing food and hiking with a community of queer women and non-binary folks - this transformational retreat will calm your nervous system, create space for healing and help you to reconnect to the flow of life.
