Join us in May - for our fifth Rainbow Surf Retreat on the beautiful Gower Peninsula!
This retreat will combine the pure joy of surfing on one of the most beautiful beaches in the UK with many of the powerful healing practises of a usual Rainbow Retreat. Meditative yoga, gong baths, kirtan (mantra chanting meditation), Sauna on the beach, nourishing food and surfing with a community of queer women and non-binary folks - this transformational retreat will calm your nervous system, create space for healing and help you to reconnect to the flow of life.
Whether you are a seasoned surfer and want to improve your surfing, or are a complete beginner and want to give it a go, this retreat is for you!
