Join us in the beautiful Gower Peninsula for our first Rainbow Retreat Gathering!
This retreat will combine the pure joy of being together in community, in nature, in one of the most beautiful places in the UK, with powerful healing practises: meditative yoga, gong baths, kirtan (mantra chanting meditation), Poetry Dives & movement medicine, incredible and nourishing food, campfires, silent discos, beach walks and swims.
40 lovely people, 3 nights, Meditative Yoga, Qigong in the Morning dew, Gong Baths, Kirtans, Poetry Dives, dancing, beach walks and sea swims, campfires, silent disco's, lots of laughter and joy, and incredible food! This transformational retreat will calm your nervous system, create space for healing and help you to reconnect to yourself and the flow of life.
