Rainbow Retreat Day ​~ for LGBTQ+ Women & Nonbinary Folks (trans inclusive)

Join us for the first Rainbow Retreat of 2026 for a big dose of healing, joy and connection

Weaving together the ancient and powerful practices of hatha yoga, Gong Baths, Kirtan (mantra chanting), poetry, movement and music, community, Sauna and the ocean, this day retreat will soothe your nervous system, help you find deep rest in the depths of winter and joy in the power of community and nature.

We will begin with a gentle yet powerful yoga practice and gong bath. We'll have delicious vegan lunch provided by Niamh of Rhannu Supper Club. followed by the Bhakti yoga practice of Kirtan, chanting mantras, allowing you to let go of your mind and connect deeply to your heart.  Then we'll go to Oxwich Bay for a Wood Fired Sauna at Ty Sawna and optional sea dip. Finishing with chai and cake on the beach.
