Rainbow Retreat Day ​~ for Gay & Bi Women (LGBTQ+)

Using the ancient and powerful practices of hatha yoga, meditation, sound, mantra chanting (kirtan), poetry dive and sauna, this day will help to still your mind, soothe your nervous system and give you the opportunity to hear your heart and connect to your Self beyond all the noise of day to day life. We will begin with a gentle yet powerful yoga practice and gong bath, followed by the Bhakti yoga practice of Kirtan, chanting mantras, allowing you to let go of your mind and connect deeply to your heart. In the afternoon there will be a poetry dive, which includes movement to get out of your head and into your body, music woven with poetry and writing to journey deeper into your Self.  We will end the day with the use of the wood fired Sauna, plunge pool and hot tub. (Optional) A simple and nutritious vegan meal, chai, and a delicious healthy treat is included.
