**** Please arrive a little before 8pm to get settled. The doors will close at 8pm. 

** Please consult me if you have any of these contraindications:

- In the 1st Trimester of Pregnancy

- have had any recent operations of ill health

- have heart conditions

- have serious mental health problems or significant trauma

- are particularly noise sensitive

Gong baths can be helpful in many situations, sometimes it might jsut be recommended to be positioned further away from the gongs, or to wait a couple of weeks before attending.
