Join me for 3 nights of deep rest, healing, connection, transformation, and beautiful practises, in a community of LGBTQ+ women and non-binary folks, in beautiful South Wales.
Weaving together meditative yoga, kirtan (mantra chanting meditation), gong baths, poetry dives, music, dancing/movement medicine, journaling, transformational breathwork, fire ceremony, hot tub, sauna and plunge pool, in the rolling hills of Wales - this transformational retreat will calm your nervous system, create space for deep healing and help you reconnect to the flow of life again!
